We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Trainee

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Training and Skill Development:

• Participate in training programs to learn company policies, products, services, and customer service techniques.
• Develop knowledge of customer support systems and tools, such as CRM software or help desks.

Customer Interaction:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat, or in-person interactions.
• Assist with basic customer questions and provide accurate information about products or services.

Problem-Solving:

• Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to senior staff or supervisors.
• Follow up on unresolved customer issues to ensure satisfaction.

Record-Keeping:

• Document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately.
• Maintain records of inquiries and resolutions for future reference.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Learning Company Standards:

• Understand and follow company policies, standards, and protocols in customer interactions.
• Learn to maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing customer needs.

Performance Evaluation:

• Accept feedback from supervisors and trainers to improve skills.
• Track progress in learning and development programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; interest in customer service is essential.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to undergo training and mentorship.
