Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Microbiologist to join our team
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological analyses, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of our factory production processes.
This position requires a strong background in microbiology, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Microbiological Analysis:
Conduct routine and specialized microbiological analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Utilize a variety of microbiological techniques, including culture, staining, and molecular methods.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor and assess microbial quality and safety of products through regular sampling and testing.
Collaborate with production teams to address any deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
Environmental Monitoring:
Implement and oversee environmental monitoring programs to ensure cleanliness and prevent contamination in production areas.
Investigate and address any microbiological issues in the production environment.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of microbiological analyses, including data interpretation and trends.
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing analysis results, deviations, and corrective actions.
Method Development and Validation:
Contribute to the development and validation of microbiological testing methods.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in microbiological techniques.
Compliance and Regulation:
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and internal quality procedures.
Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to support product registrations and certifications.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement in microbiological testing and quality control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or a related field.
Proven experience as a Microbiologist in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and methodologies.
Familiarity with quality control processes and microbiological safety protocols.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
