Haske Humanitarian Aid Initiative (HHAI) is a women and youth-driven organization established in the year 2022, and since its establishment to date, the organization has striven to continuously interface and engage with key stakeholders at all levels to support in addressing gaps in the health sector, improve nutrition indices, and women’s agency, health, and socio-economic empowerment from the grassroots level which will provide an enabling environment and a robust healthy community. Job Title: Finance and Admin Manager (Volunteer)

Job Description
Finance and Admin Manager: The Finance and Admin Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and administrative support of the organization.
This role is crucial in maintaining transparent and accountable financial practices.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations for proper coordination and accountability.
Accounting and Reporting:
Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Budgeting:
Assist the program unit in budget preparation, review, monitoring and successful utilisation of assigned funds for a given task or deliverables.
Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making at the senior management level and for effective program implementation.
Grant Management:
Track and report on the financial aspects of grants and contracts.
Ensure proper financial documentation for audits and donor reporting.
Administrative Oversight:
Oversee administrative functions, including human resources, procurement, logistics and general office management for a smooth running and friendly work environment
Ensure compliance by all HHAI employees on organizational policies and legal requirements.
Team Leadership:
Supervise finance and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment for the overall goal of the organisation.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Oversee and coordinate all financial and administrative activities across all the states of HHAI implementation
Risk and Compliance Management:
Identify financial risks and implement controls to safeguard the organisation's assets.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing the state or Federation as applicable to the organisation.
And any other task as may be assigned in the course of the organisation's project implementation.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Management Science or any related field with at least 2 years working experience
