Job Summary

• To steer our organization to new heights, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Director/CEO to lead our team and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the company's Strategy and Objectives.
• Ensure alignment of all operational goals with the strategic plan.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality service delivery.
• Foster innovation in product offerings, customer service, and technological solutions.
• Service, and technological Solution

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Maintain strong relationships with regulators, partners, shareholders, and other key stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry forums and public engagements.

Financial Management:

• Drive financial performance through revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management.
• Ensure robust financial reporting and compliance with industry standards.

Team Leadership:

• Build and nurture a high-performing team through effective leadership, coaching, and talent development. o Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications
Educational Background:

• A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a reputable University in Medicine, Sciences, or related disciplines such as Actuarial Science, Statistics, etc.
• A Post-graduate qualification in Management, Public Health, Health Management, Insurance, or other related fields.
• Certification in and/or professional membership of Health, Management and Health Insurance related bodies shall be an added advantage.

Experience:

• A minimum of 15 years' experience post NYSC.
• A minimum of 7 years' experience in senior management position in relevant and related field.
• Attendance of related courses, workshops, seminars.
