Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven School Sales Associate to join our team.
This role is pivotal in driving the school’s enrollment and fostering strong relationships with prospective parents and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication, possess strong sales acumen, and have a passion for education and prospective parent engagement.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents, providing detailed information about the school’s curriculum, values, and offerings.
Schedule and conduct school tours, ensuring an excellent first impression of the school environment.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
Enrollment Management:
Guide prospective parents through the enrollment process, from initial inquiry to final registration.
Maintain and update an enrollment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of enrollment-related materials, such as brochures and application forms.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, open houses, and school fairs to drive admissions.
Represent the school at external events, exhibitions, and other networking opportunities.
Provide input on marketing strategies to enhance visibility and outreach efforts.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing parents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Conduct post-enrollment follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition for new students and parents.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and enrollment data using the school’s CRM system.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, including enrollment trends and insights.
Analyze feedback from parents to identify areas for improvement in the admissions process.
Customer Service Excellence:
Address concerns and provide solutions to prospective parents in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure that all touchpoints with parents reflect the school’s commitment to excellence and inclusivity.
Other Duties:
Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and market trends to position the school effectively.
Support other school-related activities and events as needed.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Sales or Customer Relationship Management are a plus.
