Job Title: Brand Marketing and Media Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will lead marketing strategy, brand development, and media campaigns to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
• This role involves crafting innovative branding initiatives, managing digital and traditional marketing efforts, and fostering strategic partnerships to amplify company’s position as a leader in the e-mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities
Branding:

• Develop and execute brand strategy to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and values.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visual and written content.

Marketing and Communication:

• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Write Press Release, Sales Letters, Executive Speeches, Corporate Newsletters
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and customer preferences.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
• Oversee the creation of sales collateral, brochures, and other promotional materials.

Media Management:

• Drive social media and digital marketing efforts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
• Build relationships with media outlets and manage public relations activities.
• Lead partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor and respond to media coverage related to company’s offerings.

Team and Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
• Manage and mentor marketing team members to foster professional growth.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors, including ad agencies, photographers, and PR firms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in branding, marketing, and media management, preferably in the e-mobility or tech industry.
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
