FMT Prime, a property development company with its head office at Victoria Island, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• The Operations officer in consultation with the Head of Operations provides support services to ensure that the organization runs smoothly.

Main Duties
Responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:

• Supports the Head of Operations in producing statistical information as required
• Preparation of daily bank balances report
• Performs daily bank account reconciliation
• Reconciles all investment/borrowing accounts and resolves discrepancies
• Processing and recording of disbursements
• Ensures all transactions are recorded and documented
• Processes returned bank account items and distributes to the affected business unit.
• Posting of daily transactions
• Maintains files and records
• Other assigned tasks

Qualification

• HND / BSc in Accounting

Years of Experience:

• 3 years and above

Required Skills:

• Understanding of financial knowledge and statistics
• Knowledge of MS office including excel and word.
• Accounting and bookkeeping skills
• Have excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Demonstrate strong work ethics.
