We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Intern

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning, and execution of various construction projects, including hotel buildings, renovations, and maintenance works.
• Participate in site inspections, monitoring, and quality control of ongoing construction activities.
• Support the procurement team in sourcing materials and ensuring timely delivery to projects.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop project blueprints and technical documents.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of gypsum board ceilings for residential and commercial properties.
• Gain hands-on experience in project management, cost estimation, and scheduling.
• Participate in team meetings and project briefings to learn about the entire construction process.
• Learn and contribute to construction safety practices on site.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, OR a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
• Previous experience in construction or related fields is an advantage but not required.
• Proficiency in basic engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus, but not mandatory.
