Job Title: Data Analyst & Compliance Officer

These critical positions will play a significant role in ensuring data-driven decision-making and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, and analyze datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver on business requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend optimizations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through best practices in data management and analysis.

Requirements For Data Analyst

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities For Compliance Officer

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance requirements.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues effectively.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise the organization accordingly.

Requirements For Compliance Officer

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance-related role.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Compliance (e.g., CCEP, CRCM).
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and tools.

N150,000 / Month
