We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales / Customer Experience Associate
Location: Victoria Island (Oniru Road), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following tasks:
Ensure compliance with policies through meetings, audits, and store walk-throughs.
Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.
Assist in creating and managing the departmental budget.
Help design and implement a strategic business plan to grow the customer base.
Maintain positive interactions with customers, partners, and vendors across all communication channels.
Track and follow up on sales inquiries through the website, social media, and other platforms.
Identify emerging markets and stay informed on product and competitor developments.
Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing, ensuring proper merchandise presentation.
Manage inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels, including receiving and reconciling goods.
Conduct daily cash and sales reconciliation, review retail trends, and handle merchandise returns.
Experience
At least one year of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in clothing or fashion retail.
Familiarity with inventory management and stock control processes.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management and store presentation.
Proficient in using retail management software, including Shopify, and Microsoft Excel.
Customer Focus:
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
A proactive approach to engaging customers and identifying their needs.
Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work culture.
Experience in managing or supporting a sales team to achieve targets.

Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging trends.
Willingness to take initiative and contribute to strategic planning.
Additional Requirements:
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must own a smartphone.
