We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Customer Experience Associate

Location: Victoria Island (Oniru Road), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Ensure compliance with policies through meetings, audits, and store walk-throughs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.
  • Assist in creating and managing the departmental budget.
  • Help design and implement a strategic business plan to grow the customer base.
  • Maintain positive interactions with customers, partners, and vendors across all communication channels.
  • Track and follow up on sales inquiries through the website, social media, and other platforms.
  • Identify emerging markets and stay informed on product and competitor developments.
  • Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing, ensuring proper merchandise presentation.
  • Manage inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels, including receiving and reconciling goods.
  • Conduct daily cash and sales reconciliation, review retail trends, and handle merchandise returns.

Experience

  • At least one year of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in clothing or fashion retail.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and stock control processes.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management and store presentation.
  • Proficient in using retail management software, including Shopify, and Microsoft Excel.

Customer Focus:

  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
  • A proactive approach to engaging customers and identifying their needs.

Teamwork:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Experience in managing or supporting a sales team to achieve targets.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging trends.
  • Willingness to take initiative and contribute to strategic planning.

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must own a smartphone.
