Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics for various platforms.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
• Support the team in planning and executing social media strategies, campaigns, and content calendars.
• Repurpose content for different platforms, ensuring optimization for each channel.
• Stay updated on design and video trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
• Assist in tracking content performance and implementing insights for improvement.

Education and Requirements

• 2 years work experience in graphic design and video editing with a portfolio showcasing your design and video editing projects
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles is an added advantage
• Must have a personal laptop to perform tasks effectively
• Access to constant electricity and a reliable internet connection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Other Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience in creating content for digital platforms, including social media and websites.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
