Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Conduct market research to understand current trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Conduct performance reviews, offer coaching, and provide training to ensure team members’professional growth.
Establish clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring the team remains focused and driven to meet objectives.
Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, investors, and key stakeholders in the real estate market.
Oversee client inquiries, property showings, and negotiations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns from clients in a professional and timely manner.
Develop accurate sales forecasts, tracking and reporting on sales performance, key metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide insights to senior management on market conditions and sales trends, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Monitor the progress of sales team targets and provide regular performance reports.
Identify new sales channels and partnership opportunities to expand the company’s presence in targeted markets.
Negotiate and close high-value property deals, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms for both the company and clients.
Represent Gtext Holdings at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
Work closely with marketing, project management, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Provide valuable insights to the marketing team to improve property promotions

Develop strategies for maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify upselling opportunities within the existing customer base, recommending additional properties or services based on client needs.
Manage the sales department budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales targets.
Ensure that the sales team has the necessary tools, training, and support to be successful in their roles.
Education / Experience
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales management experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performance sales teams.
Experience working in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of the market, customers, and competitors.
Salary
N500,000 - N1,000,000 / month.
