Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Developer to join our dynamic team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the financial industry, particularly in loans and investment products.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, driving growth, and establishing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to grow the company in loans, investment, and other financial services.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Abuja market and beyond.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure long-term business success.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the financial industry.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial solutions that meet client needs.
Track business development progress, report results, and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry and other financial organizations with a focus on loans and investment products.
In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends.
Strong track record of achieving business development targets and driving sales growth in the financial sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage high-value client accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet objectives.
Proven experience in market research and competitive analysis.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards within the banking and financial services industry.
Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate.
What We Offer
Salary: N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
