Job Title: ESG Associate and Senior Associate

Job Summary

• We are looking to recruit some learning oriented and hard working individuals to join our team based in VI, Lagos.

What would your work entail?

• As an Associate or Senior Associate, you could be helping a client develop an ESG framework, or conduct a materiality assessment.
• Or you could be working on a diversity, equity and inclusion audit, or supporting the delivery of training to a client’s board of directors.
• The work is varied and interesting.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Manage client interfaces so as to position the firm in the best light and surpass client expectations.
• Be responsible for project management of client assignments, understanding clients’ needs, context (vision, resources, culture, constraints), project risks and solution delivery.
• Conceptualise, design and develop high quality, workable solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct research and develop reports, training materials and other learning collateral in line with firm templates and standards.
• Develop powerpoint decks, business proposals and client pitches in line with the firm’s templates, standards, and identified client needs.
• Identify business leads and opportunities and contribute to converting into client engagements and new business for the firm.
• Support business and practice development efforts through delivery of short articles, thought leadership, case studies, work plans and internal team metrics/trackers
• Other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Person Specification

• Candidates should possess a university Degree
• 4 - 8 years consulting experience or at least 6 years’ post NYSC work experience in a structured work environment
• Committed to excellence and takes pride in own output
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and relationship management skills
• A self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Curious, eager to learn and willing to pitch in
• Strong on attention to detail, good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong Powerpoint skills and proficient in other MS Office applications especially MS Word and Excel.

Remuneration
Competitive (depends on level of experience and ability).
