Description

• We are seeking a dynamic, multilingual professional to join our team in Abuja as a Dual-Role English Tutor and Customer Relations Executive.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive English language tutoring for international standardized tests including IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and GRE
• Develop personalized learning strategies for students preparing for English proficiency exams
• Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions with high-quality, result-oriented teaching methodologies
• Assist clients with test registration and preparation materials
• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional client support
• Communicate effectively with prospective and current clients about educational and immigration services
• Maintain detailed client records and follow up on client interactions
• Represent Zinchi International professionally in all client communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
• Proven experience in English language teaching and test preparation
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Certification in IELTS/TOEFL training preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
• Ability to work flexible hours
