We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Contact Center Agent (Loan Recovery)

Location: Allen Avenue, Ikeja - Lagos (Office-based)
Employment Type: Full-time, not hybrid or remote.
Industry: FinTech
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (including Two Saturdays and Two Sundays in a month while there are days for off in between)

Job Description
As a Contact Center Agent (Loan), you will be responsible for:

• Reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to manage and review a business's debtors list to learn about due payments and remind them as necessary.
• Initiate and continue communications with customers until they clear their debts. Also advising them on payment options and assist with choosing the one they find most comfortable.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and recovery activities.
• Once customers settle their debts, collections officers note this and update their payment records in the debtors' list or ledger. Updated records can prevent confusion, such as calling a customer who has completed their payments..
• Collections officers help businesses avoid excessive debt defaults that may affect their bottom line and hinder their ability to sustain operations.
• Respond to Customers' Queries.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / NCE / OND / HND
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
• Must not be older than 30 years.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Job Specifications
We are looking for candidates with:

• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of sales techniques and financial products; understanding of customer service principles.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasion skills; ability to build rapport quickly; strong problem-solving abilities.
• Abilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What We Offer

• Net Salary: N100,000 and above (Inclusive Basic Salary 60K plus commission on every recovery plus overtime pay ) and increment of salary after three months probation period .
• Transportation Allowance is N8,000 - N10,000 Monthly
• Benefits: HMO, Pension etc.
• Weekend Overtime Includes Free lunch
