We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Work Schedule: Standard 5 days on / 2 days off
Main Functions
Solves organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes and designing solutions. Conducts interviews with key project stakeholders and document and presents the results.
Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions.
Assists business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects. Facilitates change management efforts associated with project. May write and maintain user documentation.
Position will receive direction and support. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
Business Analyst on Expert Level, could be described also as a Business Analyst Professional, he or she might be taking care of complex scoping issues, perform project estimation, make recommendations for requirements approach, understand and manage principles of business strategies, etc.
Scope of Work specific to this Assignment
DWO business analysis, processes documentation and designing solutions. Pull together key stakeholders and provide a consolidated overview/results. Initiate and handle process improvements, and provide alternative solutions.
Assists business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks. Facilitates change management efforts associated with operations.
May write and maintain user documentation. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position. Create visualization dashboards, digitalize existing and new processes.
A business Analyst on an Expert Level could be described also as Business Analyst Professional, he or she might be taking care of complex scoping issues, perform project estimation, make recommendations for requirements approach, understand and manage principles of business strategies, etc..
