Job Description
The candidate is expected to consistently deliver innovative ideas to optimize the ECEWS IT infrastructure and enhance performance.
Through strategic initiatives and technological advancements, he/she will implement cost-effective solutions that streamline operations and improve the overall performance of our office and facility networks.
Must possess expertise in installing, maintaining, monitoring and protecting ECEWS servers from cyber threats through robust security measures and proactive risk management strategies.
He/she will effectively safeguard ECEWS critical data and systems, mitigate potential breaches, and ensure the integrity of the ECEWS IT infrastructure within the project and ECEWS as an institution.
The candidate will demonstrate exceptional expert knowledge on troubleshooting, maintenance and installation of Hikvision LAN and IP Camera Infrastructure(s) and Fire Suppression System within ECEWS HQ by carry out routine checks to ensure safety of life and properties in real-time.
He/She will ensure the working status of ECEWS Grand Stream communication system by continuous monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of communication units and its PBX to ensure smooth inter-office call out at all times.
The candidate will work collaboratively with the IT Team across projects to ensure an active state of the internet, network and IT systems to ensure productivity and minimize low throw-put within ECEWS.
Candidate will demonstrate exceptional project management skills in completing and managing several solar system installation projects. This showcases their versatility and ability to handle diverse technological initiatives with proficiency and professionalism.
The candidate will innovate ECEWS IT infrastructure, implementing cost-effective solutions to streamline operations and improve network performance.
Must possess expertise in monitoring and protecting ECEWS servers, ensuring the integrity of critical data and systems.
The candidate will manage the ECEWS ACE5 solar system installation projects with professionalism and versatility, showcasing exceptional project management skills.
He/She will ensure the procurement of authentic IT devices, safeguarding ECEWS investments and ensuring the reliability of technological assets.
The candidate will provide backend support for IT solutions across ECEWS Projects.
Manage the day-to-day operations of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
Analize, design, deploy and manage long-range LAN infrastructure between disperse units within facilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute cloud migration and expansion projects.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of cloud services.
Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to protect against data loss and system downtime.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues and ensure delivery of quality services.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in cloud computing or related.
Certifications in O365, networking, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ and any additional related certifications are a plus.
Certification in Safety related discipline will be a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 3 years focused on Enterprise setups, ERPs and cloud computing, particularly with Microsoft O365.
Proven IT progressive leadership experience in managing Multi-dimensional IT setup and implementation.
Proven experience in managing and maintaining Enterprise or Virtual Networks infrastructure, including key NSG and Firewall configurations.
Excellent networking skills, including knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols.
Experience in managing solar system installations and maintenance, including solar panels, batteries, and inverters.
Hands-on experience with solar system management, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues efficiently.
