Job Summary

• We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quantity Surveyor & Site Supervisor to join our growing team.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to play a key role in contract bidding, costing, and project management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Bidding & Costing:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects.
• Conduct detailed analyses of tender documents and project specifications.
• Manage the preparation and submission of bids and tenders.

Site Supervision:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure effective use of resources.

Project Management:

• Assist in the management of contracts and procurement processes.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project performance and ensure compliance with budget and schedule.
• Provide recommendations for project improvements, cost savings, and potential risks.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of project costs, changes, and progress.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders regarding updates and challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as a Quantity Surveyor and Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction costs, tendering processes, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 monthly.
