Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven Marketing and Sales Professional to promote and sell our exclusive furniture line, comparable to brands like Novena, VAVA, Vento, Beesline, and Soxo Exclusive.
• This role is commission-based, offering high earning potential tied to performance.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on luxury furniture, construction, or interior design industries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to design and execute effective marketing and sales campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the furniture and construction sectors.
• Engage prospective clients and build strong relationships to drive sales for the company’s exclusive furniture products.
• Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand market reach.
• Develop impactful marketing content and oversee the company’s presence on social media and other digital platforms.
• Track sales performance and provide regular updates, identifying opportunities to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or construction industries.
• Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage high-value clients.
• Experience in digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
• Familiarity with luxury or exclusive furniture brands and their clientele.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based payment structure.
• A proactive problem solver with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
