Aventra Furnitures is an Indigenous furniture manufactory company for the production of exotic furniture.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Workman

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Factory Workmen to join our team in producing high-quality furniture comparable to major brands in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in furniture production, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing, assembly, and finishing of furniture pieces, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently as per instructions.
• Handle raw materials, components, and finished goods with care to prevent damage.
• Follow production plans and schedules to meet daily and weekly output targets.
• Conduct quality checks during and after production to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to workplace safety guidelines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Support team members in completing tasks and achieving production goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a furniture factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in furniture or manufacturing accredited Institution in Nigeria.
• Familiarity with tools and machinery used in furniture production (e.g., drills, saws, sanders).
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures and the ability to follow them strictly.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor.
• A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
