Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Sales/Store Manager to join our distinguished interior luxury brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury home and interiors market, as well as a passion for delivering an extraordinary customer experience.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, driving sales, ensuring the store operates at the highest standard, and enhancing our brand’s presence in the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and elevate the customer experience within the luxury interiors sector.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-caliber sales team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and product knowledge.
Customer Experience: Build and nurture lasting relationships with our high-net-worth clientele, ensuring personalized, bespoke service that aligns with the brand's luxury ethos.
Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring that the space is immaculately presented, reflects the brand’s luxury standards, and provides a seamless shopping experience.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to achieve targets and maximize store profitability.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand at all times with integrity, passion, and professionalism, maintaining the luxury status of the brand in all customer interactions.
Inventory & Merchandising: Ensure proper inventory management and high-quality product displays that highlight the luxury aesthetic of the brand.
Negotiation & Closing: Engage in high-level negotiations and collaborate with clients to close high-value sales, including bespoke or custom interior solutions.
Leadership & Reporting: Lead regular team meetings, provide coaching, and create performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales and management, with at least 3 years in the luxury interiors or design sector.
Proven experience managing a team and driving sales within the high-end retail or luxury market.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury home furnishings, interior design trends, and the preferences of affluent clients.
Client Relations: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and design professionals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and closing high-value deals.
Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen, with a track record of exceeding sales goals and achieving store targets.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on team-building and motivation.
Self-Motivation: Driven, goal-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a luxury retail environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Experience in luxury brand marketing and strategic positioning within high-end retail.
Fluency in multiple languages.
A keen eye for interior design and a passion for home décor.
