Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Account Officer to join our team. As a Business Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business customer base, developing and maintaining relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of business customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Analyze customer financial data and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) an asset

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in business banking or a related field
• Proven track record of sales performance and customer relationship management

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events
• Strong understanding of business banking products and services
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.

Remunerations

• Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
