Job Description

• We seek a qualified and passionate English Language Teacher to join our Institution. The successful candidate will teach English language and literature to students of varying proficiency levels, fostering a supportive learning environment and promoting academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching:

• Plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons.
• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with school standards.
• Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.

Classroom Management:

• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Establish clear classroom routines and expectations.
• Manage student behavior, promoting respect and discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in English Language, Linguistics, or Education. NCE, Diploma, BA in English language
• Experience teaching diverse student populations.
• Familiarity with language learning technologies.
• Knowledge of content-based instruction.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
