Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fashion Business Manager to independently oversee the operations of our upscale fashion clothing store in Ikoyi, Lagos.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on and capable of managing all aspects of the store’s day-to-day activities, including inventory control, customer service, and business management, without the need for supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations and providing exceptional customer service, while maintaining high standards of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management: Independently manage all aspects of the store's daily operations, ensuring the store remains well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to customers.
Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory checks, track stock levels, and handle restocking. Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure merchandise is available.
Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Ensure a welcoming shopping experience for all customers.
Business Management: Oversee the store’s sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to ensure consistent sales and profitability. Manage cash flow, daily sales reporting, and other administrative tasks to track store performance.
Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in promoting sales through in-store promotions, advertising, and merchandising efforts to attract customers and drive revenue.
Administrative Duties: Take responsibility for all administrative tasks, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, daily reporting, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and logged properly.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of self-motivation and the ability to independently manage all aspects of store operations.
A flexible, adaptable attitude to meet changing customer needs and business requirements.
Skills:
Proven experience in retail management, particularly in fashion, with the ability to work independently.
Strong understanding of inventory management and business operations.
Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Ability to work without supervision and take full ownership of store operations.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic point-of-sale (POS) systems.
A strong sense of fashion and an understanding of current trends.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
