We supply a wide range of cross infection control products. We make and supply over 1.3 billion gloves annually to medical professionals, as well as specialists in the food, automotive, janitorial and care sectors. Job Description
As Head of Business - In Vitro Diagnosis you are responsible for plans and implementation strategies to grow the Business unit.
You will Analyse and gather information about the market status to develop new customers to grow the overall sale of the business.
Review and evaluate employee performance to ensure they are meeting company standards. Set goals within the department and suggest areas of improvement.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Direct the activities of team members from training, and evaluating new staff and ensuring that Uni-Medical Healthcare or department is in the process of meeting its financial objectives.
Establish and implement budgets, prepare reports to senior management.
Promoting and develop In-Vitro diagnosis brand.
Finding new business opportunities.
Build good relationship with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Create business plans and strategies to improve the overall IVD business.
Analysing and gathering data and information about the market.
Developing new business partners.plan approaches and market entries.
Lead identification of opportunities to optimise business processes.
Establish business development strategies to ensure alignment with overall organisational strategy.
Formalise new business agreements with identified partners, suppliers, and vendors.
Formulate targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business development strategies.
Guide business development research reports on potential revenue streams and business threats.
Successfully executes client contracts from negotiation to close in adherence to related company policies and procedures.
Skills, Education and Experience Required
Experience: 8 - 10 years experience in managerial position of diagnostics and laboratory services.
Skills, ability & knowledge:
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
