Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Kano, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and control regional sales expenses to ensure alignment with budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
