Hatlab Ice Cream Delite Limited is a reputable food and beverage company that specializes in the production, distribution and sales of traditional italian gelato and other complimentry products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Manager

Location: Wuse Zone 5, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilites
The HR/Admin Manager will undertake the below tasks:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract top talent for the company's various departments and positions
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make hiring decisions that align with our company's values and goals
  • Oversee the employee onboarding process, including new hire orientation, training, and integration into the company culture
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures, and communicate updates and changes to all staff members
  • Handle employee relations issues professionally and efficiently, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify employee training and development needs and implement effective training programs
  • Stay informed about current HR trends, laws, and best practices and make recommendations for improvement and compliance.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and office clerks
  • Train and onboard new administrative staff members and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Oversee the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance
  • Plan and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effective practices are implemented
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
  • Act as a liaison between departments and facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including employee records, financial records, and company documents
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to administrative staff
  • Membership of CIPM will be an added adavantage.

Job Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field with 3-4 years work experience.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
