Job Description

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service delivery by addressing inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor branch financial performance and implement measures to improve profitability.
• Identify opportunities for business growth, develop relationships with customers, and explore new market segments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to branch operations, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales trends, and operational metrics.
• Foster professional development and skill enhancement of branch staff through training programs and performance evaluations.

Job Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Master`s Degree in Business Administration with 4-5 years work experience.
