He/Shewho will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engages our audience, and drives traffic to our digital platforms.

Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.
Community Engagement: Manage and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and enhance brand loyalty.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
Collaborate with other departments to promote events, products, and initiatives through social media.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of developing successful social media strategies.
Strong experience in restaurants and club social media management
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with managing and leading a team.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to drive decision-making.
