Job Brief

• Area Business Manager to oversee and manage our sales team in the listed locations. As the Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the region, developing effective business strategies, managing and motivating a team of medical sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the region
• Achieve sales and revenue targets by driving the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they are meeting targets and delivering exceptional customer service
• Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures, legal requirements, and ethical standards
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in B.Pharm, Management Sciences, Physical Sciences, Natural Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth in a highly competitive market
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and healthcare systems.
