About the Role
As the Front Desk/Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of our elite lounge, delivering premium hospitality experiences to our esteemed clientele.
This role requires a blend of professionalism, warmth, and efficiency to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Reception and Hospitality:
Warmly welcome guests with a professional and personable demeanour, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Manage membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals, providing detailed information to prospective members.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information about the lounge’s services, facilities, and upcoming events.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain an organized and professional front desk by managing reservations, bookings, and visitor logs.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
Monitor and manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy, welcoming, and stocked with necessary materials.
Complaint Resolution:
Proactively address and resolve guest complaints or issues, escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document and follow up on all guest concerns to prevent recurrence and improve service delivery.
Promotional and Upselling Activities:
Promote lounge services, events, and exclusive packages to guests, encouraging participation and boosting revenue.
Maintain knowledge of special promotions and offers, using this to upsell services or memberships effectively.
Record-Keeping and Reporting:
Accurately maintain records of guest preferences, feedback, and requests to personalize future interactions.
Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on guest activities and feedback for management review.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years cognate experience in a similar role within hospitality, recreation, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of front desk systems is an advantage.
A polished appearance and professional demeanour.
