Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area, greet clients, and provide administrative support to our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and professional impression of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors and manage the reception area.
• Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails and messages.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
• Develop and implement effective filing and organizational systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Female candidate only (For gender balance)
• A Degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2-3years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
