A leading non-profit organisation with programs funded by international development partners is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• The Admin Officer will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the office by leading on operational tasks and activities in line with relevant policies, systems and procedures.
• Tasks include maintaining internal and external office correspondences, resources, and assets.
• S/he will also cultivate and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, keep the office calendar, arrange and facilitate meetings, taking minutes, facilitate procurement, and managing the office premises by organising maintenance and repairs.
• This officer will work in collaboration with the Logistics  Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or post graduate qualifications in Management
• Minimum working experience of 2-3 years in administrative roles in a non- profit setting
• Honesty, steadfastness, strong coordination abilities and high ethical standards
• Resourcefulness, flexibility excellent capacity for multi-tasking and communicating effectively.
