Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Relationship Officer to join our client, a prestigious real estate firm in Abuja specializing in luxury properties. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s premium real estate offerings.
Experience in the sales of luxury real estate is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
Actively identify, prospect, and secure new clients interested in luxury real estate properties.
Conduct sales presentations and property tours to prospective buyers.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to achieve set targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the luxury real estate market.
Provide market insights and feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
Marketing and Networking:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through events, social media, and other channels.
Represent the company at networking events and exhibitions to expand the client base.
Documentation and Reporting:
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of sales contracts and documentation.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
Generate periodic sales reports for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, with a focus on real estate or luxury products.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
