Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Program Managerto oversee the execution and management of our mental health training programs.
This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth program delivery, leveraging technology for operational efficiency, and managing the team that delivers these sessions.
The Program Managerwill be instrumental in maintaining the high quality and professionalism of our training programs, ensuring data-driven outcomes, and overseeing the logistics of each project.
This is a per-project position, meaning the workload will vary from 1 to 8 times a month depending on the number of training programs scheduled. With each training lasting 2 days.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management: Ensure the successful execution of training sessions, managing logistics, team coordination, and participant engagement.
Data Management & Reporting: Organize and maintain records of training sessions, evaluations, and feedback. Analyze and present data to inform future program improvements.
Tech Integration: Oversee the use of tech tools (such as Ahaslides, Zoom, LMS) to enhance training delivery and team productivity. Provide guidance and training on new tools as needed.
Innovation & Scalability: Research and implement innovative, tech-driven solutions to scale and improve training programs.
Team Leadership: Manage and guide the facilitators and program coordinator, ensuring efficient teamwork and smooth delivery of each training session.
Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during program delivery to ensure smooth and effective execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Operations Management)
Minimum of 3-5 years in program management or training, with a focus on technology integration
Proficiency in CRM, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage teams and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently

The compensation will be discussed during the interview process, based on the scope of the individual project.
