Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of items to customers.
• Collect items from customers for swapping, repairs, or delivery.
• Handle items with care to prevent damage.
• Obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery/pickup.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
• Address minor delivery concerns or escalate issues.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes.
• Adhere to schedules and meet deadlines.
• Provide daily updates on deliveries and pickups.
• Ensure the security of items in their care.
• Regularly check and maintain the motorcycle.
• Follow traffic laws and use safety gear.
• Represent the company positively during interactions.
• Follow company policies for pickups, deliveries, and item handling.

Salary
80,000 - N100,000 per month.
