Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Meiran, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for senior leadership.
• Video Editing: Edit video content using tools like CapCut or similar apps for social media or internal use.
• Design: Create visual content using Canva or similar design tools for presentations, reports, and social media posts.
• Media Management: Assist in the creation and distribution of media content, including video, graphics, and other online materials.
• Managerial Assistance: Oversee minor managerial tasks, such as coordinating with other departments, tracking project progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Communication: Ensure clear and efficient communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Task Coordination: Manage daily administrative functions, including preparing reports, handling confidential documents, and managing office supplies.

Education

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus on media or communications.
• Managerial experience: Previous experience in coordinating tasks or managing small teams is preferred.
• Experience in content creation or social media management is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., CapCut or similar apps).
• Strong design skills using tools like Canva or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Other Requirements:

• Must live close to Meiran, Ijaye, Ajasa Command Area in Lagos
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks across media and administration.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

Remuneration

• Salary: N25,000 - N30,000 monthly
