Job Title: FTTH Rollout Manager

Responsibilities

• Project planning and strategy: Develop a detailed project plan that outlines objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Resource management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure that all project activities have the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Budget management: Prepare and manage the project budget, ensuring that all expenditures are within the allocated budget. Monitor project costs and adjust plans as necessary to stay within budget constraints.
• Stakeholder engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal departments. Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, changes, and any issues that may arise.
• Communication: Develop and maintain clear and effective communication channels within the project team and with external stakeholders. Ensure that all project-related information is accurately documented and shared with relevant parties.
• Quality assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
• Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor project progress to identify any emerging risks and adjust plans accordingly.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Other Requirements:

• Project Management Knowledge: The project manager should have a solid grasp of project management principles and processes, enabling them to effectively plan, execute, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Optical Communication Technology: A deep understanding of FTTx technologies and their applications, including Fiber to the Home (FTTH), Fiber to the Building (FTTB), and other forms of fiber access technologies.
• Application Scenario Understanding: The project manager needs to understand how FTTx technologies are applied in different scenarios, such as high-rising residential users, commercial building access.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for coordinating teams, clients, and relevant stakeholders. The project manager should be able to clearly communicate project objectives and progress, and promptly address any concerns raised by parties involved.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify and assess potential risks in the project process and develop corresponding management strategies and contingency plans to minimize the impact of risks on the project.
• Cost Management: Ability to allocate and control project budgets effectively, ensuring that projects are completed within predetermined cost limits while maintaining high quality standards.
• Regulatory and Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant national laws, regulations, policies, and industry standards to ensure project compliance.
• Quality Control: Ability to supervise project quality to ensure that it meets customer requirements and industry standards, and to take timely and effective measures to address quality issues.
