Job Title: Lounge Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The successful candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire and train new lounge staff employees
• Handle customer complaints
• Advertise the daily, weekly and monthly promotions of the lounge
• Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations
• Create employee schedules based on expected customer numbers
• Monitor and track the upselling of lounge products.
• Identify where service provision can be improved.
• Responsible for the management of all staff time keeping, roster management, annual leave and sickness.
• Responsible for overseeing stock control.
• Responsible for procurement and product benchmarking.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lounge Manager or similar role is very important.
• Excellent knowledge of various bar products, spirits, and mixed drinks.
• Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field.
