A Reputable Company is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Prepare HR reports and documents, such as employment contracts and performance appraisals.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
