Job Title: Business Growth Manager (Retail)

Locations: Ilupeju and Lekki, Lagos
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Work Structure: Monday-Saturday (9 AM - 7 PM) Full-time and onsite

Job Description

• We are seeking to hire a qualified and efficient Growth Manager to oversee the development of the business, a motivated and empathetic individual who excels in delivering exceptional service to their customers.

Responsibilities 

• Ensure that all staff execute daily deliverables and set goals
• Supervise daily store operations and monitor the overall performance of the organization
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal sales across all SKUs, stock availability, and minimize shelf-to-counter duration
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure store compliance with company standards and regulations
• Planning and executing strategies to achieve sales goals such as promotional campaigns and events that drive footfall and increase customer engagement as well as strategies to generate and convert new leads for the business (local and national)
• Identify the trendsetter that is currently trending in the industry and stay abreast of new industry technologies, retail trends, and best practices to continuously improve store operations
• Identify new potential opportunities that align with the business goals and define strategies and projects to maximize them
• Proactively plan and drive projects and activities based on seasonal activities, customer data, and market insights to boost the company’s growth
• Analyze sales figures, market trends, and financial reports to create and present performance metrics to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making
• Monitor customer engagement and retention to maximize lifetime value.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of the products or services offered by the Company (kiddies’ toys).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online marketplace (example: Jumia).
• Multilingual proficiency.
• B.Sc. in related courses (Masters is an advantage)
• Professional certificate in business management (added advantage)
• Must reside in between the Ilupeju and Lekki axes. Candidates should reside in areas central to Lagos Island and the mainland.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
