Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead and oversee the activities of our Marketing Officers and ensure the successful leasing/renting of stores in our plazas.
The Regional Sales Manager will also take on cross-functional responsibilities to drive sales, manage operations, and foster a high-performing team culture.
This is a critical leadership role, combining strategic thinking with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Supervision:
Directly supervise and support the Marketing Officers, ensuring they meet leasing/renting targets.
Assign sales targets, set performance goals, and monitor team progress.
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance the skills and effectiveness of team members.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and strategize for improved results.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the senior management team to design marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract tenants.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
Handle escalations and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction and trust.
Ensure tenants are onboarded seamlessly and receive excellent service throughout their lease term.
Cross-Functional Duties:
Work closely with the management and facility teams to address tenant concerns and maintain a high standard of property upkeep.
Collaborate with the finance department to track leasing revenues, commission structures, and sales reports.
Represent the company at industry events, community engagements, and networking forums to promote brand visibility.
Any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor/line manager.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of Marketing Officers through KPIs and sales metrics.
Prepare comprehensive reports on regional sales performance, occupancy rates, and marketing activities for management.
Recommend and implement process improvements based on data insights.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven experience in the real estate or retail leasing industry is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
High level of organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
