Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Investment Manager, our client is a leading PropTech company at the intersection of finance and real estate.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing investment portfolios, and cultivating relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
This role requires a blend of sales expertise, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the PropTech and real estate investment landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Bring in Deposits, deals and liabilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and acquire new clients, including investors, property managers, and other stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.
Present and demonstrate the value of our PropTech solutions to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
Investment Management:
Guide clients in understanding and selecting real estate investment opportunities through the company’s platform.
Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support investment decisions.
Monitor investment portfolios, ensuring performance aligns with client goals.
Work closely with the product team to enhance investment tools and features.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
Regularly update clients on market trends, platform updates, and investment performance.
Market Research and Strategy:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales and product strategies.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the PropTech and real estate finance sectors.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demands.
Team Collaboration and Reporting:
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market opportunities.
Mentor and train junior team members to foster a high-performing sales and investment culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Proven track record in sales, business development, or investment management within the PropTech, FinTech, or real estate industries.
Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment vehicles, and financial modeling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, financial software, and investment platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
