Executive Assistant to the MD / CEO at Impact Credit Guarantee Limited (ICGL)

Impact Credit Guarantee Limited (ICGL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Development Bank of Nigeria Plc (DBN). ICGL was set-up through a project with the World Bank to provide guarantee on loans made to eligible Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (MSMEs) and small corporates by Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the MD / CEO

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

You will be responsible for

• Completing a wide variety of tasks for the MD/CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence that are often confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, compiling documents for travel-related meetings and
• Performing clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, faxing, mailing, photocopying, arranging logistics for visitors, transcribing notes, managing inventory and maintaining the general ambience of the MD/CEO office.
• Working closely and effectively with the MD/CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, follows up appropriately with third parties and ensure smooth running of the office.
• Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues/concerns or enquiries addressed to the MD/CEO, determines appropriate course of action and ensures timely feedback/resolution.
• Prioritizing conflicting needs, handles assignments expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
• Providing leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects and other tasks that facilitates the MD/CEOs ability to effectively lead the organization.

Ideal Candidate

• A good Bachelor`s Degree from a reputable university.
• You have at least 2 years proven experience working as an executive assistant or a similar role.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
