Job Title: Operations Officer

Job Summary

• The Operations Officer will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the organization.
• The officer will oversee processes, identify the shortcomings, and provide areas of opportunity to their line manager.

Job Description

• Oversee and manage daily operations.
• Liaise with managers on areas of improvement in processes and procedures.
• Strategically plan, oversee, and deliver on organization projects by collaborating with partners, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and develop strategies with departmental heads to improve efficiency.
• Assist in optimizing resource allocation (personnel, equipment, etc.).
• Implement and monitor quality control measures.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Human Resource Department on operational procedure training.
• Prepare reports on operational performance metrics for management.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Manage and mitigate operational risks.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
• Minimum two years experience as an Operations Officer or in a similar capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable with animals.
• Must be able to drive.
• Proximity to Lekki is an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
