Job Description

• Are you passionate about sports, business-savvy, and ready to make an impact? We're looking for a dynamic Sports Manager to lead the charge.
• You’ll oversee all sports facilities, from basketball courts to archery ranges, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
• With a strong commercial mindset, you’ll also drive business development, grow revenue, and build partnerships to put us on the map.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our diverse sports facilities, ensuring top-notch standards and seamless experiences for all users.
• Be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) in sporting activities, ensuring our facilities cater to recreational players and competitive athletes alike.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, including partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue-driving initiatives.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of attendants, referees, and support staff.
• Organize and promote events, tournaments, and community activities to grow engagement.
• Manage budgets, ensure safety compliance, and track KPIs to measure and sustain success.

Requirements
What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in sports management or business development roles, with expertise in managing sports facilities.
• A track record of creating and delivering revenue-generating opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of sporting activities and facility standards.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a flair for innovation.
• A passion for customer satisfaction and a drive to make "The Grounds" the go-to destination for sports.
