Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Corporate Marketing Initiatives:

• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns targeted at corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners to increase market share and visibility.

Brand Management:

• Strengthen the 7th Gear Auto brand through consistent messaging and innovative marketing approaches.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s vision and values.

Digital and Traditional Marketing:

• Oversee both digital and offline marketing efforts, including social media, events, and advertisements.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement.

Budget Management:

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Prepare detailed marketing performance and expense reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 5 - 8 years of experience in corporate marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven experience in leading marketing teams and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of branding, market analysis, and corporate relationship management.
