Role Overview

  • The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and smooth running of the business.
  • The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running and success. This individual will oversee daily operations, including the management of the Car Wash, coordination of team meetings, and preparation of comprehensive daily reports.
  • They will also implement strategies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and overall business performance.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, leadership, and organizational management.

Key Responsibilities
Coordination:

  • Oversee daily business operations, including inventory management, logistics, and compliance.
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate staff meetings to align team efforts with business goals.
  • Liaise with various departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Operational Excellence:

  • Implement systems and processes to improve workflow, customer service, and overall efficiency.
  • Ensure the showroom, car wash, and administrative functions run smoothly and effectively.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships for seamless vehicle importation.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align operational activities with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor administrative staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.

Reporting:

  • Generate detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operations for management review.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Car Wash

Oversight:

  • Supervise daily operations at the Car Wash, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor staff performance, manage scheduling, and resolve operational issues promptly.

General Duties:

  • Handle administrative responsibilities, including inventory management and vendor relations.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain positive relationships.
  • Perform any other duties necessary to ensure success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations or administrative management, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, reporting tools and experience with business management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
