Job Description

• We are hiring a Data Entry Specialist to research and input university and course details into spreadsheets for our platform.
• This role requires someone detail-oriented, fast, and skilled at interpreting information from various sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and gather information about university programs, including course names, fees, durations, and requirements.
• Accurately input data into spreadsheets, ensuring consistency and adherence to formatting guidelines.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and report any unclear or conflicting details for resolution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy: Maintain a minimum of 99% error-free entries across all submitted work.
• Speed: Achieve a data entry rate of at least 50 entries per day.
• Consistency: Ensure adherence to formatting and data entry guidelines with no more than 2% formatting errors per task.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that fewer than 3% of entries require corrections during reviews.
• Completion Rate: Consistently meet 100% of assigned weekly data entry quotas.
• Turnaround Time: Complete tasks within the agreed-upon timelines, with all tasksdelivered on or before deadlines.
• Research Efficiency: Accurately identify and extract all required information from reliable sources on the first attempt, with minimal follow-ups or rework.
• Communication: Promptly report any inconsistencies, unclear information, or potential issues, with 100% resolution of flagged items.

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to research online effectively and discern relevant information.
• Fast typing speed (50+ words per minute preferred).
• Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to seek clarification when needed.
• Previous experience in data entry or research is a plus but not required.
